Who I Help
I work primarily with women who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck in cycles they can’t seem to break. Many of my clients are in the middle of big life changes, such as becoming a mother, trying to balance family and work, navigating relationship stress, or figuring out who they are in a new season. Others come carrying the weight of old hurts, critical inner voices, or patterns that keep them feeling small and disconnected from who they want to be.
If you find yourself exhausted by stress, self-doubt, or the quiet ache that life isn’t how you hoped it would be, therapy can help. Together, we’ll work toward a different way of living, one in which you feel more grounded, confident, and free to show up as yourself in your relationships and in your own life.

My Counseling Approach
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we explore your story, including your experiences, emotions, and beliefs, with the goal of uncovering meaning, healing from the inside out, and moving toward a more grounded, purposeful life.
My approach is both person-centered and existential, which means we focus on what matters most to you right now while also looking at the bigger picture of who you are and where you want to go. My passion is helping women untangle the pressures of modern life and rediscover peace, strength, and joy.
Education and About Me
I grew up on a farm in North Mississippi, where my childhood was filled with horses, 4H projects, and the quiet beauty of country life. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi, I worked in the fast-paced restaurant industry before stepping away for more than a decade to raise my family.
As my youngest prepared to start kindergarten, I felt a deep calling to help others heal. That led me to Colorado Christian University, where I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now, as a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (P-LPC), I bring together professional training and lived experience to walk alongside clients through their own seasons of change.
