What is a Watershed?

In nature, a watershed is an area of land into which several sources of water - nature’s most vital resource - flow and collect. It’s also come to refer to a crucial turning point in a person’s life, a time of significant change and growth. We seek these watershed moments for each of our clients.

“Joy stops alluding us when we stop chasing it.  It cannot be captured or possessed.  It can, however, be discovered and reclaimed when we feel courage enough to stop striving and allow curiosity to meet what needs to be witnessed and released within.  Therapy is an act of kindness where we can borrow the compassion and clarity of another until we can feel it inside towards ourselves again. It is here where Joy is waiting to be found.”
